Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. Day

No longer has his own day, shame on the people that changed his day?

Christopher Columbus was Born Oct 31, 1451!
He has his own day!

Columbus Day is a United States holiday that observes the arrival of Christopher Columbus to the New World on 12 October 1492.

The holiday is observed on the second Monday of October.

Christopher Columbus · Died May 20, 1506

So

Why not celebrate
on his actual day?

September 11th is
And
A National Day of Service and

On this day Americans across the country
are called to volunteer
in their local communities
 in tribute to the individuals
lost and injured in the attacks,
first responders,
and
 the many
who have risen in service
 to defend freedom.

It has its own day,
as well it should!

Maybe we can take
a number of
the following holidays
and
switch them into one
‘Super holiday’
 to
 ‘serve the many,’
while
 ‘not insulting the few’?
