to spend on warships, submarines

As it stands now
China, Russia and the United States of America,
will be able to kill
the world ten times over.
So now our navy
wants to kill one of only two hospital ships!
Is it any wonder why
this country cannot even get military
'killing machines of mass murdering' away from
stupid people?
It is not against
the 2nd or the 14th amendment for the navy to kill a hospital.
So, why is it
against the 2nd and the 14th amendment to keep weapons of mass destruction from
stupid people?
Also so as it stands now!
