Life after two wars is finely good.

So,

Republicans run up the countries deficit, 

with their way of tax cuts!

You vote Democrat,

 the countries deficit comes down, 

life is good,

so you vote Republican

and 

again because of the way Republican cut taxes,

the deficit goes back up once again!

signed the agreement in San Antonio, Texas

but it had to be ratified by the congress

of all three nations, U.S., Canada and Mexico.

It had not been ratified by our Congress until after he went out of office

and so that is why Clinton signed it.

The vote and signing came early in the Clinton administration.
