Black Lives Matter movement.

Winn was wounded by roadside bomb while serving in Iraq in 2005
Wearing
his two Purple Hearts, he dressed up in his uniform on Friday in Utah

staged one-man protest for three hours near State Capitol in Salt Lake
City
He
had piece of tape over his mouth with the words 'I can't breathe' written on it
Winn
also held up a sign with the names of blacks shot and killed by police

Winn declared his support for Black Lives Matter by kneeling in
full dress uniform near the Utah State Capitol in a one-man protest while
having a piece of tape over his mouth with the words ‘I can’t breathe’ written
on it
Winn, whose uniform shows he earned two Purple Hearts, was also
holding up a sign which read: ‘Justice for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and
Tamir Rice, Countless Others.’
The United States Marine Corps has ordered a ban on all public
